These terms and conditions govern your use of the Bournemouth Air Conditioning website at https://bournemouth-air-conditioning.com and the services we provide. By using this website, you agree to these terms in full.
Bournemouth Air Conditioning offers air conditioning installation, servicing, maintenance and repair services for domestic and commercial properties across the South of England. All work is carried out by a fully qualified, F-Gas registered engineer.
All quotes provided are free and without obligation. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes after the initial assessment.
Once a booking is confirmed, we will arrange a mutually convenient date and time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a call-out fee.
Payment terms will be agreed upon before any work commences. For larger installations, a deposit may be required prior to ordering equipment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work.
All installations come with a workmanship guarantee. Manufacturer warranties apply to all equipment supplied and installed. The duration of warranties will be confirmed at the time of quotation. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect or third-party interference.
While we take every care to provide a professional service, our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. We hold appropriate public liability insurance for all work undertaken.
