Victorian and Edwardian conversions

Boscombe, Springbourne and Westbourne are full of large period houses split into flats. The building is usually fine to work with, but external wall space is shared and the condenser position needs agreement from the freeholder or the managing agent. We survey first, tell you exactly where the unit would go and how it would be routed, and you take that to them rather than a vague request.

Seafront and clifftop property

From Alum Chine round to Southbourne, anything on the cliff line is in salt air more or less permanently. Standard coils pit and corrode. We specify coated coils on those installs and keep the outdoor unit out of the worst of the spray.

Loft conversions and home offices

This is the most common domestic job in Bournemouth. Converted lofts overheat through the roof and garden offices overheat through the glass. One correctly sized wall unit fixes either, and runs as heating through the winter.
