Commercial Air Conditioning in Dorset
Offices, retail, hospitality, server rooms and multi-site contracts. Installation, planned maintenance and F-Gas compliance, worked around your trading hours.
Case study: railway air conditioning renewal, nine locations
Over January we completed a renewal programme replacing life-expired air conditioning across nine railway locations. The systems were beyond economic repair, several were on refrigerants being phased down, and every site was operational throughout.
- Survey and specification for each location, since no two plant spaces were the same
- Refrigerant recovered and old plant removed under F-Gas procedure
- New systems installed, commissioned and documented location by location
- Programme sequenced so no site lost cooling to its critical equipment
If you are running an estate of ageing systems and need them replaced in a planned sequence rather than one emergency at a time, that is work we are set up for.
Sectors we work in
Offices
Cassette and ducted systems zoned so meeting rooms, open plan and server cupboards are controlled separately, because they never need the same temperature at the same time.
Retail and hospitality
High door-traffic spaces and kitchens with heavy heat gain. Installed out of hours, with condensers sited to keep noise away from neighbouring residential windows.
Server and comms rooms
Continuous cooling with low ambient operation so the system still works in winter, and a redundant second unit where downtime is not an option.
Multi-site estates
One point of contact, one schedule of works, consistent equipment specification and one set of compliance records across every site.
F-Gas compliance and record keeping
If you operate a commercial system you carry legal duties: leak checking at intervals set by the refrigerant charge, prompt repair of detected leaks, correct recovery on decommissioning, and records kept and available for inspection. A planned maintenance agreement with us covers the checks and keeps the records straight, which matters if you are ever asked to produce them.
Planned maintenance agreements
- Scheduled visits, typically twice yearly, timed around your operation
- Filter and coil cleaning, drain clearing, electrical checks
- Leak testing and F-Gas record keeping
- Priority response when something fails
- Asset list with age and condition, so replacement can be budgeted rather than reacted to
